_RESPONSIBILITIES_ (not limited to):
Develop and maintain strong knowledge of the company products
Provide technical support via calls, emails or remote control
Diagnosing and fixing network problems and hardware or software issues
Troubleshooting
Keep customers updated of the status of their helpdesk issues
Monitor performance of installed software and hardware products
Escalating to the product development team where required
Provide training as needed
Keep a record of issues and faults along with solutions, for future
reference.
REQUIREMENTS:
Fluent German and English
Knowledge of PC networking hardware and software
Experience performing root cause analysis, replicate and test problems
in multiple environments
Good knowledge of Windows 7 / **Apply on the website** / Server
**Apply on the website** and familiar with SQL / MS SQL server and
databases
Experience performing root cause analysis, replicate and test problems
in multiple environments
